والوجه في هاتين الروايتين أن من بجبهته دمل أو ما يجري مجراه إذا استطاع أن يحفر حفيرة ويدعه فيها فليفعل ذلك وإن لم يستطع ذلك ويشتد عليه يسجد على ذقنه على ما تضمنه الخبر الاخير
And the interpretation of these two narrations is that one who has a boil or something similar on his forehead, if he is able to dig a small pit and place it in there, then he should do so. But if he is not able to do that and it becomes too difficult for him, then he should prostrate on his chin, as the last narration indicates.
