فاما ما تضمنته الاخبار التي قدمناها من أنه لا تطوع في وقت فريضة فمحمولة على انه لا تطوع في وقت فريضة قد تضيق وقتها أو في وقت فريضة لم يشرع فعل النافلة فيه على ما بيناه من انه إذا مضى من الزوال قدمان أو قدم ونصف فلا نافلة وينبغي ان يبدأ بالفريضة وعلى هذا لا تنافى بين الاخبار ويزيد ذلك بيانا ما رواه
As for what was mentioned in the reports we have presented earlier, that there is no voluntary (nafilah) prayer during the time of an obligatory (faridah) prayer, it is to be understood as meaning that there is no voluntary prayer during the time when the obligatory prayer’s period has become constricted, or during a time when the performance of a voluntary prayer was not legislated, as we have explained: when two footsteps or a footstep and a half have passed from the zenith, then no nafilah is to be performed, and the obligatory prayer must be prioritized. Thus, there is no contradiction between the reports. And what further clarifies this is what was narrated:
