فاول ما في هذا الخبر انا قد روينا عن الرضا عليه السلام ما ينافي هذا الخبر ولايجوز ان تختلف اقواله عليه السلام ثم ليس في ظاهر هذا الخبر انه لا بأس بالصلاة فيه في أي حال وإذا لم يكن هذا في ظاهره خصصناه بحال الحرب دون حال الاختيار والذي يدل على ذلك ما رواه
The first issue with this report is that we have already narrated from (Imam) Al-Ridha عليه السلام, peace be upon him, that which contradicts this narration, and it is not permissible for His عليه السلام, peace be upon him, statements to be in contradiction. Moreover, the apparent wording of this narration does not indicate that there is no problem praying in it under all circumstances. And since this is not apparent in its wording, we restrict its meaning to the condition of war, not to a situation of choice. What indicates this is what was narrated:
