فان المراد بذكر الملحفة زيادة على الدرع والخمار زيادة الفضل والثواب ويجوز أن يكون المراد به إذا كان الدرع والخمار لا يواريان شيئا فانه مهما كانت الحال على هذا فلا بد من ساتر والذي يدل على ما قلناه ما رواه
The mention of the milhafah in addition to the dir‘ (long shirt) and khimar (head covering) is intended to indicate an increase in virtue and reward. It is also possible that what is meant is when the dir‘ and khimar do not cover sufficiently, so in such a case, regardless of the situation, a proper covering (satir) is required.
