وأما الخبر الاخير الذي تضمن ذكر صلاة الفجر فيحتمل ما قدمناه من النوافل ويحتمل ايضا أن يكون هذا الخبر مخصوصا بمن صلى وظن انه صلى ركعتين ثم تيقن انه صلى ركعة واحدة فانه يضيف إليها ركعة اخرى ولا تجب عليه إعادة الصلاة والاعادة إنما تجب على من يشك فيها فلا يدري صلى ركعة أو ركعتين ولم يتبين ذلك فيجب عليه حينئذ إعادة الصلاة والذي يكشف عما ذكرناه ما رواه
As for the last report which includes mention of the Fajr prayer, it may be interpreted in accordance with what we previously stated, that it refers to the recommended prayers (nawafil). It is also possible that this report is specific to someone who prayed and assumed that he had prayed two rak‘ahs, then became certain that he had only prayed one; in such a case, he adds another rak‘ah to it, and the repetition of the prayer is not obligatory upon him. Repetition is only obligatory upon the one who doubts in the prayer and does not know whether he prayed one rak‘ah or two, and the matter is not clarified for him, then, in that case, he must repeat the prayer. What clarifies what we have mentioned is what was narrated:
