فالوجه في هذا الخبر انه إنما يبني على النقصان إذا ذهب وهمه إليه ويصلي تمامه احتياطا فاما مع اعتدال الوهم فالبناء على لاكثر أحوط إذا تمم بعد الفراغ من الصلاة على ما بيناه والذي يؤكد ما قلناه ما رواه
The interpretation of this report is that he builds upon the lesser number when his assumption inclines toward it, and he completes the prayer out of precaution. But in the case where the assumption is balanced (no inclination toward either number), then building upon the greater number is more cautious, provided he completes what was possibly missed after finishing the prayer, as we have previously explained.
