فان قال قائل: كيف تستدلون بهذه الاخبار وهي تتضمن أن غسل الجمعة واجب وعندكم أنه سنة ليس بفريضة؟ قلنا: ما يتمضن هذه الاخبار من لفظ الوجوب فالمراد به أن الاولى على الانسان أن يفعله، وقد يسمى الشئ واجبا إذا كان الاولى فعله والذي يدل على هذا التأويل وان المراد ليس به الفرض الذي لا يسوغ تركه على كل حال.
