فهذا الخبر مخصوص بمن لم يجد الماء فانه والحال على ما ذكرناه أجزأه الاستنجاء بالاحجار فإذا وجد بعد ذلك الماء غسل ذكره وليس عليه إعادة الصلاة، فأما مع وجدان الماء فان تلك الصلاة لا تجزيه على ما بيناه ونبينه فيما بعد إن شاء الله تعالى.
