فأول ما فيه أنه مرسل غير مسند، ومع ذلك مضاد للاحاديث التي رويناها، ومع هذا لم يعمل عليه أحد من فقهائنا، ويحتمل أن يكون الذي سأل عن الكر كان من البلد الذي عادة أرطالهم ما يوازن رطلين بالبغدادي فأفتاه على ما علم من عادته ويكون مشتملا على القدر الذي قدمناه في الكر. ثم قال الشيخ أيده الله تعالى:( ولا يفسد الماء الجاري بذلك قليلا كان أم كثيرا). فالذي يدل عليه.
First of all, this narration is mursal (disconnected) and not a musnad (connected chain). Furthermore, it contradicts the narrations we have previously reported. Moreover, none of our jurists have acted upon it. It is also possible that the one asking about the kurr was from a region where their customary measurement of a ratl equaled two Baghdad ratls. Hence, the Imam عليه السلام provided the ruling according to their local custom, which would still encompass the amount we previously defined for the kurr. Then the Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى support him, said: 'Flowing water does not become impure, whether in small or large amounts.' What indicates this is (following hadith):
