فلا ينافي ما قلناه لان قوله عليه السلام لا بأس به إذا كان عليه اسم محمد صلى الله عليه وآله إنما اجازه لمن يدخل الخلاء وذلك معه ولم يجزه ان يستنجي وذلك في يده يباشر به النجاسة. ثم قال أيده الله تعالى:( ولا يجوز السواك والانسان على حال الغائط حتى ينصرف منه) يدل على ذلك:
This does not contradict what we have stated because his statement عليه السلام, "There is no harm in it if it bears the name Muhammad," permits wearing the ring while entering the toilet, but does not permit using it to perform istinja (cleansing) while it is on the hand, thereby coming into contact with impurity. Then the Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى support him, said: "It is not permissible to use a miswak (tooth-stick) while a person is relieving themselves, until they finish."
