The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى support him, said: “It is recommended to recite the two testimonies (Shahadatayn) and the names of the Imams عليه السلام as part of the Talqin (instruction) before covering the grave with bricks. He should say: "O so-and-so, son of so-and-so..." And then proceed with the method of Talqin as prescribed”.
