The Shaykh (Al-Mufid), may Allah سبحانه وتعالى support him, said: “The deceased should be wrapped with the turban (Imamah) as the living are wrapped, and it should be tied under the chin (Hannik) with its ends placed on his chest. This has already been explained and is further clarified here.”
