فمحمول على الاستحباب دون الوجوب، والذي يدل على ذلك ما تقدم من الاخبار وانه متى لم يبلغ الدرهم فمباح الصلاة في الثوب الذي فيه ذلك الدم، ويدل عليه ايضا.
This narration is seen as recommended (mustahabb) rather than obligatory (wajib). What supports this interpretation is the earlier narrations indicating that as long as the blood does not exceed the size of a dirham, it is permissible to pray in a garment containing such blood. This is further supported by additional evidence.
