فاول ما فيه انه ليس في ظاهر الخبر ان الذي أصابه من النبيذ هو المسكر المحرم دون ان يكون النبيذ الذي ليس بمسكر ،وإذا احتمل هذا وهذا حملناه على النبيذ الذي لا يسكر وهو ما قدمنا ذكره مما قد نبذ فيه التميرات لتكسر طعم الماء.
