وَ كَذَلِكَ إِذَا كَانَ الْمُسْلِمُ مُتَعَوِّداً لِقَتْلِهِمْ قُتِلَ لِخِلَافِهِ عَلَى الْإِمَامِ ع وَ إِنْ كَانُوا مُظْهِرِينَ الْعَدَاوَةَ وَ الْغِشَّ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ.
Similarly, if the Muslim was habitually killing them, he would be executed due to his opposition to the authority of the Imam عليه السلام, even if the Christians were openly hostile and deceitful towards the Muslims.
