قَالَ مُصَنِّفُ هَذَا الْكِتَابِ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ مَضَى مَشَايِخُنَا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ عَلَى أَنَّ قَوْلَ الْمُودَعِ مَقْبُولٌ فَإِنَّهُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ وَ لَا يَمِينَ عَلَيْهِ.
The compiler of this book (may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy on him) commented: "Our respected scholars (may Allah سبحانه وتعالى be pleased with them) have ruled that the trustee's claim is accepted because he is considered trustworthy, and no oath is required from him."
