وإذا اضطر المحرم إلى سعوط فيه مسك من ريح يعرض له في وجهه وعلة تصيبه فلا بأس بأن يستعط به فَقَدْ سَأَلَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ «اِسْتَعِطْ بِهِ».
If a Muhrim is compelled to use a nasal medication (sa'ut) containing musk due to an issue with his face or a condition afflicting him, there is no harm in using it. Isma'il ibn Jabir asked Abu Abdullah عليه السلام about this, and Imam عليه السلام said: "Use it."
