وإن أهللت من المسجد الحرام للحج فإن شئت لبيت خلف المقام، وأفضل ذلك أن تمضي حتى تأتي الرقطاء وتلبي قبل أن تصير إلي الأبطح.
And if you make the intention for Ihram in Masjid al-Haram for Hajj, you may recite the Talbiyah behind Maqam Ibrahim if you wish. However, the best practice is to proceed until you reach al-Ruqaṭa and then recite the Talbiyah before arriving at al-Abtah.
