قال مصنف هذا الكتاب - رحمه الله -: هذه الأخبار كلها صحيحة متفقة ليست بمختلفة والمعتمر عمرة مفردة في ذلك بالخيار يحرم من أي ميقات من هذه المواقيت شاء، ويقطع التلبية في أي موضع من هذه المواضع شاء، وهو موسع عليه، ولا قوة إلا بالله [العلي العظيم] ".
The compiler of this book (may Allah سبحانه وتعالى have mercy upon him) commented: "All these narrations are authentic and harmonious, with no contradiction among them. A person performing an independent Umrah Mufradah has the choice to enter Ihram from any of the designated Miqats and to stop the Talbiyah at any of these specified locations. This provides ease and flexibility for the worshipper. There is no power except with Allah سبحانه وتعالى, the Most High, the Most Great."
