وكل من وجبت عليه جذعة ولم تكن عنده وكانت عنده حقة دفعها ودفع معها شاتين أو عشرين درهما، ومن وجبت عليه حقة ولم تكن عنده وكانت عنده جذعة دفعها وأخذ من المصدق شاتين أو عشرين درهما، ومن وجبت عليه حقه ولم تكن عنده وكانت عنده ابنة لبون دفعها ودفع معها شاتين أو عشرين درهما، ومن وجبت عليه ابنة لبون ولم تكن عنده وكانت عنده حقة دفعها وأعطاه المصدق شاتين أو عشرين درهما، ومن وجبت عليه ابنة لبون ولم تكن عنده وكانت عنده ابنة مخاض دفعها وأعطى معها شاتين أو عشرين درهما، ومن وجبت عليه ابنة مخاض ولم تكن عنده وكانت عنده ابنة لبون دفعها وأعطاه المصدق شاتين أو عشرين درهما، ومن وجبت عليه ابنة مخاض ولم تكن عنده وكان عنده ابن لبون ذكر فإنه يقبل منه ابن لبون وليس يدفع معه شيئا.
Whoever is obligated to give a jadh’a (a four-year-old she-camel) and does not have one but has a hiqqah (a three-year-old she-camel), he gives the hiqqah and adds to it two sheep or twenty dirhams. If one is obligated to give a hiqqah and does not have one but has a jadh’a, he gives the jadh’a and takes from the collector two sheep or twenty dirhams. If one is obligated to give a hiqqah and does not have one but has a bint labun (a two-year-old she-camel), he gives the bint labun and adds to it two sheep or twenty dirhams. If one is obligated to give a bint labun and does not have one but has a hiqqah, he gives the hiqqah and the collector gives him two sheep or twenty dirhams. If one is obligated to give a bint labun and does not have one but has a bint makhad (a one-year-old she-camel), he gives the bint makhad and adds to it two sheep or twenty dirhams. If one is obligated to give a bint makhad and does not have one but has a bint labun, he gives the bint labun and the collector gives him two sheep or twenty dirhams. If one is obligated to give a bint makhad and does not have one but has a ibn labun (a two-year-old male camel), the ibn labun is accepted from him, and he does not need to add anything.
