وصدقة غير بني هاشم لا تحل لبني هاشم إلا في وجهين إذا كانوا عطاشا فأصابوا ماء فشربوا، وصدقة بعضهم على بعض. أما قبض الامام لما قبضه فليس لنفسه وإنما قبضه لغيره من أهل الحاجة والمسكنة وهو مستغن عن أموال الناس بكفاية الله إياه، متى ناداه لباه، ومتى سأله أعطاه، ومتى ناجاه أجابه.
The charity of non-Banu Hashim is not permissible for Banu Hashim except in two cases: 1. If they are thirsty and find water, they may drink it. 2. Charity given by one of them to another. As for what the Imam accepts, he does not take it for himself but rather for others among those in need and poverty. He is not dependent on people's wealth, as Allah سبحانه وتعالى suffices him. Whenever he calls upon Allah سبحانه وتعالى, He responds to him; whenever he asks, Allah سبحانه وتعالى grants him; and whenever he supplicates, Allah سبحانه وتعالى answers him.
