In the two Rak'ahs of Shaf' (a pair prayer) and the single Rak'ah of Witr, recite 'Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad' (Surah Al-Ikhlas), and separate between the Shaf' and Witr prayers with the concluding Tasleem (salutation of peace).
