وكلما روي من الاطلاق في صلاة الليل من أول الليل فإنما هو في السفر لان المفسر من الاخبار يحكم على المجمل.
It is clarified that whenever there is a general allowance for performing the night prayer at the beginning of the night, it applies to travel, as the more specific reports clarify the general ones.
