فهو حديث يروى عن ثلاثة من المجهولين باسناد منقطع يرويه الحسن بن علي الكوفي وهو معروف، عن الحسين بن عمرو، عن أبيه، عن عمرو بن إبراهيم الهمداني وهم مجهولون يرفع الحديث قال: قال أبو عبد الله عليه السلام ذلك، ولكنها رخصة اقترنت بها علة صدرت عن ثقات ثم اتصلت بالمجهولين والانقطاع فمن أخذ بها لم يكن مخطئا، بعد أن يعلم أن الأصل هو النهي، وأن الاطلاق هو رخصة، والرخصة رحمة.
It is a narration transmitted through three unknown individuals with an interrupted chain. It is narrated by Hasan ibn Ali al-Kufi, from Hussain ibn Amr, from his father, from Amr ibn Ibrahim al-Hamdani, all of whom are unknown. The narration is attributed to Abu 'Abdillah عليه السلام. However, it is considered a concession accompanied by a justification given by trustworthy sources but later connected through unknown and interrupted chains. Thus, whoever acts upon it is not mistaken, knowing that the default rule is to avoid it, while the permissibility is a concession, and the concession is a mercy.
