ولا باس بأن يتدلك الرجل في الحمام بالسويق والدقيق والنخالة، ولا بأس بأن يتدلك بالدقيق الملتوت بالزيت، وليس فيما ينفع البدن إسراف، إنما الاسراف فيما أتلف المال وأضر بالبدن.
It is permissible for a man to use flour-based mixtures, oil-based pastes, or other natural exfoliants for personal care in the hammam (public bathhouse). There is no overindulgence in what benefits the body; rather, overindulgence lies in what wastes money and harms the body.
