Ash’ath ibn Qays and his children
1 Ḥadīth

سَهْلُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ كَاتِبِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَقْطِينٍ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (عليه السلام) قَالَ إِنَّ الْأَشْعَثَ بْنَ قَيْسٍ شَرِكَ فِي دَمِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عليه السلام) وَ ابْنَتُهُ جَعْدَةُ سَمَّتِ الْحَسَنَ (عليه السلام) وَ مُحَمَّدٌ ابْنُهُ شَرِكَ فِي دَمِ الْحُسَيْنِ (عليه السلام).


187. Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Yaqoub Bin Yazeed or someone else, from Sulayman the write of Ali Bin Yaqteen, from the one whom he mentioned, who has narrated the following: Abu Abdullah (a.s) said that: ‘Al-Ash’as Bin Qays is a participant in the blood (killing) of Amir-ul-Momineen (a.s), and his daughter Jo’da poisoned Al-Hassan (a.s), and his son Muhammad is a participant in the blood (killing) of Al-Husayn (a.s)’.
