عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْخَزَّازِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى يُبْغِضُ شُهْرَةَ اللِّبَاسِ .
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from abu Ayyub al-Khazzaz who has said the following: “Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Allah, most Blessed, most High, dislikes a dress that causes public abhorrence.”’
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ السَّرَّاجِ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ كَفَى بِالْمَرْءِ خِزْياً أَنْ يَلْبَسَ ثَوْباً يَشْهَرُهُ أَوْ يَرْكَبَ دَابَّةً تَشْهَرُهُ .
2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il from abu ’Isma‘il al-Sarraj from ibn Muskan from a man who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is enough humiliation for a man to wear a dress that causes public abhorrence or use such a stumper.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ الشُّهْرَةُ خَيْرُهَا وَ شَرُّهَا فِي النَّارِ .
3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from those whom he has mentioned who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Something that causes public abhorrence is in the fire, regardless of being good or bad.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْجَارُودِ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ مَنْ لَبِسَ ثَوْباً يَشْهَرُهُ كَسَاهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ثَوْباً مِنَ النَّارِ .
4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Sinan from abu al-Jarud from abu Sa‘id who has said the following: “Al-Husayn (a.s.), has said, ‘If one wears a dress that causes public abhorrence, Allah on the Day of Judgment will make him to wear a dress of fire.’”
