عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ وَ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يَاسِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ لِي أَبُو الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) اشْتَرِ لِنَفْسِكَ خَزّاً وَ إِنْ شِئْتَ فَوَشْياً فَقُلْتُ كُلَّ الْوَشْيِ فَقَالَ وَ مَا الْوَشْيُ قُلْتُ مَا لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهِ قُطْنٌ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّهُ حَرَامٌ قَالَ الْبَسْ مَا فِيهِ قُطْنٌ .

1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from ibn Faddal and Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yasir who has said the following: “Abu al-Hassan (a.s.), once said to me, ‘Buy al-Khazz (garments made of skin or fur of an animal that lives in water) for yourself or if you like buy al-Washy.’ I then asked, ‘All with al- Washy?’ He (the Imam) asked, ‘ What is al-Washy ?’ I replied, ‘It is that which has no cotton in it and they say it is unlawful.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘You can wear what has cotton in it.’” 

عَنْهُ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ أَنَّهُ حُمِلَ إِلَيْهِ الْوَشْيُ .

2. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Yunus ibn Ya‘qub from al-Husayn ibn Salim al-‘Ijliy:That he delivered al-Washy to him (the Imam) (a.s.). 

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ أَثِقُ بِهِ أَنَّهُ رَأَى عَلَى جِوَارِي أَبِي الْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) الْوَشْيَ .

3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from Yunus ibn Ya‘qub who has said that narrated to me the one whom I trust that: he saw on the girls of abu al-Hassan al-Washy (al-Khazz, garments made of skin or fur of an animal that lives in water) .
