الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ النَّطِيحَةُ وَ الْمُتَرَدِّيَةُ وَ مَا أَكَلَ السَّبُعُ إِذَا أَدْرَكْتَ ذَكَاتَهُ فَكُلْ .
1. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from af-Washsha’ who has said the foiiowing: “Abu al-Hassan, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, would say, ‘If you arrive in time (when it still is alive) to slaughter an animal butted by other animals, fallen from height or eaten by predators, you can use it for food.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ لَا تَأْكُلْ مِنْ فَرِيسَةِ السَّبُعِ وَ لَا الْمَوْقُوذَةِ وَ لَا الْمُتَرَدِّيَةِ إِلَّا أَنْ تُدْرِكَهَا حَيَّةً فَتُذَكِّيَ .
2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Aii ibn ai-Hakam from Ali ibn abu Hamzah from abu Basir who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘Do not use for food an animal eaten by predator, injured because of fall of something on it or fallen from height, unless you arrive in time (when it is still alive) to slaughter it properly.’”
