The gradings provided are observations of the chain of narrators, a hadith with a weak or unknown chain may still be correct, and a hadith with a reliable chain may still be incorrect.

Gradings may also differ depending on the methodology of the scholar, for example Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi's gradings would be more lenient compared to Shaykh Asif al-Mohseni's.
