Ḥadīth 5337

5337 - فِي رِوَايَةِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ عِمْرَانَ اَلْأَشْعَرِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ هَارُونَ عَنْ أَبِي يَحْيَى اَلْوَاسِطِيِّ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: "اَلْوَلَدُ يَكُونُ مِنَ اَلْبَيْضَةِ اَلْيُسْرَى فَإِذَا قُطِعَتْ فَفِيهَا ثُلُثَا اَلدِّيَةِ وَ فِي اَلْيُمْنَى ثُلُثُ اَلدِّيَةِ".

Hadith.5337 - In a narration from Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya ibn Imran Al-Ash'ari through Muhammad ibn Harun from Abu Yahya Al-Wasiti, who raised it to Abu Abdullah (as), it is reported that Imam (as) said: "A child is conceived from the left testicle, so if it is severed, the compensation (diyyah) is two-thirds of the full blood money, and for the right testicle, it is one-third of the blood money."
