Hadith.5535 - Muhammad ibn Al-Hasan Al-Saffar, may Allah (swt) be pleased with him, wrote to Abu Muhammad Imam Hasan ibn Ali Al-Askari (as), asking: "A man was the executor of another man's will, and then he died and appointed another man as his executor. Is the second executor obligated to fulfill the will of the man for whom the first executor was appointed?" Imam (as) wrote in response: "He is obligated by his right if there is a rightful claim upon him, if Allah (swt) wills."
