Ḥadīth 268

٢٢٠. وَقَالَ (عليه ‏السلام): لَيْسَ مِنَ الْعَدْلِ الْقَضَاءُ عَلَى الثِّقَةِ بِالظَّنِّ.

220. Amīr al-mu’minīn, peace be upon him, said: There is no justice in passing a verdict by relying on probability.
