The Salah (Prayer) Any Time
3 Aḥadīth
Ḥadīth 1

1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ هَاشِمٍ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمُكَارِي عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ خَمْسُ صَلَوَاتٍ تُصَلِّيهِنَّ فِي كُلِّ وَقْتٍ صَلاَةُ الْكُسُوفِ وَالصَّلاَةُ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ وَصَلاَةُ الإِحْرَامِ وَالصَّلاَةُ الَّتِي تَفُوتُ وَصَلاَةُ الطَّوَافِ مِنَ الْفَجْرِ إِلَى طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَبَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus ibn Hashim ibn Sa‘id af-Mukariy from abu Basir from who has said the following: “Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘There are five Salah (prayer) which you can perform anytime you want. Such Salah (prayer) are because of eclipse, for a deceased, for ihram, for making up a missed one, for Tawaf from dawn to sunrise and after al-‘Asr until night.’”

Ḥadīth 2

2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ جَمِيعاً عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) يَقُولُ خَمْسُ صَلَوَاتٍ لاَ تُتْرَكُ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ إِذَا طُفْتَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَإِذَا أَرَدْتَ أَنْ تُحْرِمَ وَصَلاَةُ الْكُسُوفِ وَإِذَا نَسِيتَ فَصَلِّ إِذَا ذَكَرْتَ وَصَلاَةُ الْجِنَازَةِ.

2. Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan and Ahmad ibn Idris from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar all from Safwan ibn Yahya Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Five Salah (prayer) are not neglected in any condition. Such Salah (prayer) are after performing Tawaf, when you are about to have Ihram, for eclipse, to make up when remembering one forgotten and Salah (prayer) for a deceased.’”

Ḥadīth 3

3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ أَرْبَعُ صَلَوَاتٍ يُصَلِّيهِنَّ الرَّجُلُ فِي كُلِّ سَاعَةٍ صَلاَةٌ فَاتَتْكَ فَمَتَى مَا ذَكَرْتَهَا أَدَّيْتَهَا وَصَلاَةُ رَكْعَتَيِ الطَّوَافِ الْفَرِيضَةِ وَصَلاَةُ الْكُسُوفِ وَالصَّلاَةُ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ هَؤُلاَءِ تُصَلِّيهِنَّ فِي السَّاعَاتِ كُلِّهَا.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad from Hariz from Zurarah who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘There are four kinds of Salah (prayer) which a man can perform anytime. Such are Salah (prayer) after remembering a forgotten one, two Rak‘at after obligatory Tawaf, because of eclipse and Salah (prayer) for a deceased. You can perform these kinds of Salah (prayer) at any hour.’”
