1 حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ الْكُوفِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ الزَّيَّاتِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَدَقَةَ عَنْ صَالِحٍ النِّيلِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) مَنْ أَتَى قَبْرَ الْحُسَيْنِ (ع) عَارِفاً بِحَقِّهِ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ أَجْرَ مَنْ أَعْتَقَ أَلْفَ نَسَمَةٍ- وَ كَمَنْ حَمَلَ عَلَى أَلْفِ فَرَسٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ مُسْرَجَةً مُلْجَمَةً حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ره وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الْعَطَّارِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ بِإِسْنَادِهِ مِثْلَهُ

1. Muḥammad ibn Ja’far Al-Razzāz Al-Kūfi narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain Al-Zayyāt, from Muḥammad ibn Sinān, from Muḥammad ibn Sadaqah, from Sāliḥ Al-Nīli, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said: Allāh will register the reward of freeing one thousand slaves for a person who goes to (the Ziyārah of) the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.) knowing his rights. He will also earn the reward of offering one thousand saddled and bridled horses in the way of Allāh. The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: My father and Muḥammad ibn Ya’qūb (Al-Kulayni), from Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā Al-‘Aťťār, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain ibn Abil Khaťťāb, from Muḥammad ibn Sinān, from Muḥammad ibn Sadaqah, from Sāliḥ Al-Nīli, from Abī ‘Abdillāh (a.s.).

2 وَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْقُرَشِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَدَائِنِيِّ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ آتِي قَبْرَ ابْنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ قَالَ نَعَمْ يَا أَبَا سَعِيدٍ ائْتِ قَبْرَ ابْنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أَطْيَبِ الطَّيِّبِينَ [الْأَطْيَبَيْنِ] وَ أَطْهَرَ الْأَطْهَرِينَ وَ أَبَرِّ الْأَبْرَارِ فَإِذَا زُرْتَهُ كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَكَ عِتْقَ خَمْسٍ وَ عِشْرِينَ رَقَبَةً حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رحمه الله) عَنْ عِدَّةٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَدَائِنِيِّ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) وَ ذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ

2. Abul ‘Abbās Al-Qurashi narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl, from Sāliḥ ibn ‘Uqbah, from Abī Sa’īd Al-Madā`ini, who said: I asked Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)), “May I sacrifice myself for you! Should I go to the grave of the son of the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) (Imam Ḥusain (a.s.))?” Imam (a.s.) replied: O Abā Sa’īd! Yes! Go to the grave of the son of the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.), the most blessed of the blessed ones, the most purified of the purified ones, and the most pious of the pious ones; for if you go to his Ziyārah, Allāh will register the reward of freeing twenty-five slaves for you. The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: My father, from a group of our companions, from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl, from Sāliḥ ibn ‘Uqbah, from Abī Sa’īd Al-Madā`ini, from Abī ‘Abdillāh (a.s.).
