97. Reward of rising up for Salaat

حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ وَ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَبَانٍ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ سَعِیدٍ عَنْ أَیْمَنَ بْنِ مُحْرِزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَیْلِ عَنْ أَبِی حَمْزَهَ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ مِنْ شِیعَتِنَا یَقُومُ إِلَی الصَّلَاهِ إِلَّا اکْتَنَفَهُ بِعَدَدِ مَنْ خَالَفَهُ مَلَائِکَهٌ یُصَلُّونَ خَلْفَهُ یَدْعُونَ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لَهُ حَتَّی یَفْرُغَ مِنْ صَلَاتِهِ.


1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) says, “None of our Shias gets up for prayer except that he is surrounded by angels equal to the number of enemies around him and they pray behind him and supplicate to Allah, the Mighty and the Sublime for him till he finishes his prayer.”
