Reward of saying Bismillaah before meals
1 Ḥadīth

حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَیْنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ یَحْیَی الْخَزَّازِ عَنْ غِیَاثِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِیمَ الدَّارِمِیِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ عَنْ أَمِیرِ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ ع قَالَ: مَنْ ذَکَرَ اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَی طَعَامٍ لَمْ یُسْأَلْ عَنْ ذَلِکَ الطَّعَامِ أَبَداً.


1. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. al-Hassan who said it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Muhammad b. al-Hussain from Muhammad b. Yahya al-Khazaz from Ghiyath b. Ibrahim al-Darrami from Ja’far from his father from his forefathers from Ameer al-Mumineen (a.s) who said: “One who utters the name of Allah before meals will never be questioned about that bounty of Allah.”
