 حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مَعْرُوفٍ عَنْ أَبِی حَمَّادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِیدٍ عَنْ غَزْوَانَ عَنِ السَّکُونِیِّ عَنِ ابْنِ جَرِیحٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص افْتَحُوا عُیُونَکُمْ عِنْدَ الْوُضُوءِ لَعَلَّهَا لَا تَرَی نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ.

1.  Imam  Ridha  (a.s.)  says,  “Keep  your  eyes  open  while performing  ablution.  Perhaps  you  will  save  yourself  from seeing the fire of Hell by doing so.”
