216. Reward of reciting Surah Najm

بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ صَنْدَلٍ عَنْ یَزِیدَ بْنِ خَلِیفَهَ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: مَنْ کَانَ یُدْمِنُ قِرَاءَهَ وَ النَّجْمِ فِی کُلِّ یَوْمٍ أَوْ فِی کُلِّ لَیْلَهٍ عَاشَ مَحْمُوداً بَیْنَ النَّاسِ وَ کَانَ مَوْفُوراً لَهُ وَ کَانَ مَحْبُوباً بَیْنَ النَّاسِ.


1. Imam as-Sadiq (a.s.) says: Whoever regularly recites Surah Najm during the day or night would become praiseworthy and conspicuous among the people, would be forgiven (his sins) and would become popular and amiable among the people.
