al-Anfāl (The Spoils)
ٱلْأَنْفَال
8:70
يَا أَيُّهَا
النَّبِيُّ
قُل
لِّمَن
فِي
أَيْدِيكُم
مِّنَ
الْأَسْرَى
إِن
يَعْلَمِ
اللَّهُ
فِي
قُلُوبِكُمْ
خَيْرًا
يُؤْتِكُمْ
خَيْرًا
مِّمَّا
أُخِذَ
مِنكُمْ
وَيَغْفِرْ
لَكُمْ
وَاللَّهُ
غَفُورٌ
رَّحِيمٌ
yā-ʾayyuhā n-nabiyyu qul li-man fī ʾaydīkum mina l-ʾasrā ʾin yaʿlami llāhu fī qulūbikum khayran yuʾtikum khayran mimmā ʾukhidha minkum wa-yaghfir lakum wa-llāhu ghafūrun raḥīmun
Prophet, tell the captives with you, "If God finds anything good in your hearts, He will give you a better reward than that which was taken from you and will forgive you. God is All-forgiving and All-merciful.
