al-Nūr (The Light)
ٱلنُّور
24:19
إِنَّ
الَّذِينَ
يُحِبُّونَ
أَن
تَشِيعَ
الْفَاحِشَةُ
فِي
الَّذِينَ
آمَنُوا
لَهُمْ
عَذَابٌ
أَلِيمٌ
فِي
الدُّنْيَا
وَالْآخِرَةِ
وَاللَّهُ
يَعْلَمُ
وَأَنتُمْ
لَا
تَعْلَمُونَ
ʾinna lladhīna yuḥibbūna ʾan tashīʿa l-fāḥishatu fī lladhīna ʾāmanū lahum ʿadhābun ʾalīmun fī d-dunyā wa-l-ʾākhirati wa-llāhu yaʿlamu wa-ʾantum lā taʿlamūna
Those who like to publicize indecency among the believers will face painful torment in this world and in the life to come. God knows what you do not know.
