1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Najran from ‘Asem ibn Hamid from Muhammad ibn Qays who has said the following:

“Abu Ja’far , has said, ‘Waiting period of a pregnant divorcee expires at childbirth and he must pay for her maintenance in fairness until childbirth.’”
