4- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلا تَزَوَّجَ جَارِيَةً رَضِيعاً فَأَرْضَعَتْهَا امْرَأَتُهُ فَسَدَ نِكَاحُهُ قَالَ وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ امْرَأَةِ رَجُلٍ أَرْضَعَتْ جَارِيَةً أَتَصْلُحُ لِوَلَدِهِ مِنْ غَيْرِهَا قَالَ لا قُلْتُ فَنُزِّلَتْ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الأخْتِ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ قَالَ نَعَمْ مِنْ قِبَلِ الأبِ.
4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following:
“Abu ‘Abd Allah 
, has said, ‘If a man marries a small girl and she is breastfed by his wife his marriage becomes invalid.’ I then asked about the case of woman of a man who breastfeeds a girl; if her sons from another husband can marry her (the girl). He (the Imam) said, ‘No, they cannot do so.’ I then asked, ‘Is she like a sister of breastfeeding?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, from the side of the father.’”
