11. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Sama‘ah who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah عليه السلام, ‘What should people do if ‘Arafat becomes full?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘They can go higher toward the hills.’” NOTE: (Fatwa best explains Hadith 11 of this Chapter)
