5447 - وَ رَوَى سَهْلُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ اَلرَّيَّانِ قَالَ : كَتَبْتُ إِلَى أَبِي اَلْحَسَنِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ رَجُلٌ دَعَاهُ وَالِدُهُ إِلَى قَبُولِ وَصِيَّتِهِ هَلْ لَهُ أَنْ يَمْتَنِعَ مِنْ قَبُولِ وَصِيَّةِ وَالِدِهِ فَوَقَّعَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ "لَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَمْتَنِعَ ".
Hadith.5447 - Sahl ibn Ziyad narrated from Ali ibn Al-Rayyan, who said:
I wrote to Abu Al-Hasan 
asking about a man whose father invited him to accept his will. Is it permissible for him to refuse accepting his father's will?
Imam replied: "He does not have the right to refuse."
