Hadith #5352

5352 - : "وَ قَضَى أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي دَابَّةٍ عَلَيْهَا رَدِيفَانِ فَقَتَلَتِ اَلدَّابَّةُ رَجُلاً أَوْ جَرَحَتْهُ فَقَضَى بِالْغَرَامَةِ بَيْنَ اَلرَّدِيفَيْنِ بِالسَّوِيَّةِ".

Hadith.5352 - "And the Commander of the Faithful ruled regarding an animal carrying two riders, and the animal killed or injured a man. Imam ruled that the compensation would be equally divided between the two riders."
