Chapter on What is Obligatory When an Animal Strikes a Person with Its Front or Hind Legs
Hadith #5351
5351 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ :
"أَنَّ عَلِيّاً عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ كَانَ يُضَمِّنُ اَلْقَائِدَ وَ اَلسَّائِقَ وَ اَلرَّاكِبَ".
Hadith.5351 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni:
"Indeed, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib
عليه السلام
used to hold the one leading (the animal), the one driving (the animal), and the rider accountable."
