5045 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ أَنَّهُ رُفِعَ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "رَجُلٌ وَقَعَ عَلَى اِمْرَأَةِ أَبِيهِ فَرَجَمَهُ وَ كَانَ غَيْرَ مُحْصَنٍ".
Hadith.5045 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni, it was reported to Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib 
that a man had committed fornication with his father's wife, so Imam ordered him to be stoned, even though he was not married (non-muhṣan).
