5039 - وَ رَوَى عَاصِمٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَزْنِي وَ لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِأَهْلِهِ أَ يُحْصَنُ قَالَ "لاَ وَ لاَ بِالْأَمَةِ".
Hadith.5039 - In the narration of Aṣim from Muhammad ibn Muslim, he said:
I asked Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir 
about a man who commits adultery but has not consummated marriage with his wife. Is he considered muhsan (legally married and liable for stoning)?
Imam replied: "No, and not with a bondwoman (amah) either."
