5010 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادٌ عَنِ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "أَنَّ عَلِيّاً عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ ضَرَبَ رَجُلاً تَزَوَّجَ اِمْرَأَةً فِي نِفَاسِهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَطْهُرَ اَلْحَدَّ".
Hadith.5010 - Narrated by Hammad from Al-Halabi from Abu Abdullah 
:
"Indeed, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib punished with the prescribed punishment (hadd) a man who married a woman during her postpartum bleeding (nifas) before she became pure."
